Deposits and Payments
- Consulting Fee: S&S Travel Solutions, LLC. charges a non-refundable consultation fee to begin research, planning and packaging travel services. Additional fees may apply for excess research and/or planning – fees vary based on complexity of travel request
- Non-refundable Deposits: May be required per supplier terms at the time of booking.
- Special Requirements: Unique deposit/payment terms for some itineraries will be provided at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: Due no later than 30 days before departure, or earlier if required by the supplier/vendor.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is due immediately for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
- Credit Card Requirements:
- Credit cards must belong to the traveler; third-party cards are not accepted.
- Copies of the front/back of the card and a photo ID are required.
- Forms of Payment: S&S Travel Solutions, LLC accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Venmo and Apple Pay. The “Total Charges” that you will pay for using our services will always be disclosed to you before you are asked for final payment.
- Payment Processing: Payments will be made directly to the supplier/vendor. S&S Travel Solutions is not the merchant of record for credit card transactions (except for the consulting fee).
Terms and Liability
- By using these services, clients agree not to dispute the charges facilitated by S&S Travel Solutions
- If a supplier fails to deliver the service or ceases operations, the client’s recourse is directly with the supplier.
- In the case of supplier bankruptcy, clients must file claims in the supplier's bankruptcy court.
Cancellation Fees
- You are responsible for any cancellation fees that occur should you decide to cancel your trip. Along with cancellation fees charged by S&S Travel Solutions, LLC., our vendors and/or suppliers may also impose a cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is above and beyond that amount you have paid into your trip at the time of your cancellation, Anywhere But Here Travel, Inc. will invoice and charge any card on file for the balance due to cover all cancellation fees.
Once you have paid in full and/or your trip has started, substitutions, cancellations or changes are not possible for any reason.
