Individual Travel

Hotel Accommodations only - there is no charge to the client (you). The hotel pays a placement fee (commission), usually 10% of the total net room revenue, to the agency. 

Car Rental – there is no charge for this service. Similar to the hotel, the rental car company will pay a placement fee.

 Air Reservations – S&S Travel Solutions is delighted to handle your airline reservations, there is a $35.00 flat service fee per reservation. This service charges covers the time searching and comparing, the best flights to suit your needs and budget, and make changes as necessary.

Group Travel

Group Contract Sourcing and Contract Negotiating – if you are planning a meeting, conference, or any type of group event (10 rooms or more), S&S Travel will help you by sourcing your RFP to multiple hotels for rates and availability. We will negotiate with the hotel on your behalf to attain pricing and concessions that are within your budget and most important to you. There is a $495 non-refundable consulting fee. This fee covers our time spent sourcing properties and negotiating pricing and concessions.

Air Reservations - whether your group is traveling out of the same airport or flying from different locations, a $35 flat service fee per traveler will apply.

 Meeting and Event Planning

Meeting Planning Services – I like to keep it simple – the charge is a flat fee of 10% based on a total cost of food, beverages, room rental, audio visual, rentals, etc. For example, if the final invoice is a total of $10,000 for a 2 day meeting, the fee would be $1,000. 

On Site Program Management - Daily fee of $350.00 plus expenses as necessary (meals, air, hotel, mileage)

I am flexible and will work with you to be sure we can exceed your expectations and fit within your budget. I can do as little or as much as you need.
